Now, for the first time, we are offering a multi-lingual hanko that has your name in both kanji AND romaji (Japanese and English lettering), so your stamps won’t just look cool, they’ll be legible as well!

    Receive a Hanko Registration form with your order, which will allow you to complete your hanko registration with the World Hanko Registration Center. This will make you eligible to receive Hanko Verification Certificates.

Description

Square seals, also commonly known as a chop, are used by artists and calligraphers to mark their work. Whether you sign with your given name, or pen name, or both, your mark imbues your work with your artist spirit. Now you can have a beautiful kanji hanko that includes your name in a familiar legible script.

  • We will engrave the name in Kanji or Hiragana on top, and your name in Roman characters will be engraved below.
  • If the number of characters is odd, it is possible to adjust the number of characters by adding “印” or “之印,” meaning “seal.” This will be presented at the time of design proof confirmation
  • One line can have up to 3 characters (in Japanese), two lines can have 3 to 6 characters
  • Please let us know if you have a name separator, like a hyphen.
